When you see a piece of drum music, remember to break it down, and start reading and playing one part at a time. Start with the bass drum, then add the left foot, left hand and right hand. In the next section, you’ll learn how to play a cool pattern with the bass drum and read a sixteenth note fill.
This music notation software supports a wide range of drum notes definitions and a special map for describing the conversion of the display of drum notes into MIDI sounds. A general system map is copied to every created file, which makes it possible to configure each map individually, if necessary.
Drum sheet music can vary depending on how many drum pieces the part was written for. For bass drum notation, you will typically only worry about the first line on the graph or the first line and first space. A note on the first line of the graph indicates a single bass drum. A note on the first space indicates a second bass drum.
